Welcome To The WBA, Inc.

The Wilton Baseball Association, or WBA, is a volunteer organization that supports Wilton High School baseball programs.  Additionally, the WBA provides opportunities in Spring, Summer, and Fall to play baseball for those wish to continue playing after Little League.  Working year round, the WBA strives to provide a quality baseball and softball environment in Wilton for our youth.

Fall Evaluations 7/29/24

The Wilton Baseball Association (WBA) will be holding evaluations for our Fall season on Monday, July 29, from 5:30-7:30 at the Wilton High School Varsity Field.  These evaluations will be used to place players on the appropriate teams for the Fall season.  Our experienced coaches will work to evaluate all players based on baseball knowledge and skill sets.  Each player will be individually evaluated by at least 3 coaches.

For players who are unable to attend, we will have an additional evaluation date in late August, exact date TBD.  Anyone wishing to play with the WBA in the fall must attend (including players currently on a summer roster).  There is NO COST for fall evaluations.  Please complete this Google Form to register.

A few notes…

  • Please arrive 30 minutes early and proceed to the registration table where a volunteer will check you in.  Each player will be given a uniquely numbered pinnie which will be used by the coaches during evaluations.

  • After checking in, players should start warming up/stretching.

  • All players should arrive with full baseball gear including cleats, a hat, bat, glove, helmet, and catcher’s gear, if applicable.  They should also bring a water bottle.  Please do not wear a numbered jersey of any kind.

Evaluations for our 2025 Spring and Summer teams will be held in October.

If you have any questions, please send them to thewbsa@gmail.com.

You will register using one primary email address.  Once that is done, you can add family members/guardians to your account in the app so they receive notifications and emails as well.  More information on that can be found here: https://help.sportsengine.com/en/articles/6304039-how-to-add-guardians
